At Fabrics 'n Crafts, we want you to be completely satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of date of purchase. There is a $12.95 shipping and handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.
Please note that we can not accept returns on clearance items or fabrics that have been cut to a customer's specifications.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the return is accepted, you will be credited the entire purchase price of the item(s), including taxes where applicable, minus shipping fees (initial and return). Returns will be credited via the original form of payment two to three weeks after they are received at our warehouse.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted :
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to initiate the process.
